HARD CIDER Q&A

HARD CIDER TASTES LIKE REALLY SWEET APPLES, RIGHT?

No! While we've come to think of hard ciders as sweet, apple-y, and highly carbonated, hard cider generally tastes like a very dry wine. It's the hand crafting process that allows us to bring out flavors and aromas and add back the right amount of sweetness that make our hard ciders unique.

IS HARD CIDER A BEER?

Beer is made using grain and wine is made from fruit.  So hard cider is a wine made from apples.

IF HARD CIDER DOESN'T USE GRAIN, IS IT GLUTEN FREE?

Yes, hard cider is gluten free.
